As a first 3D game it's clear you're developing a lot of great skills in environmental design, and I hope you continue to build on them down the track.
I did a playthrough below:
Some constructive feedback might be having the 'shock' images better tell a story or reflect something in the environment. I'm not sure if the endless corridor is meant to lead anywhere - might be good to give players closure.
